Recommended for those who are not yet leaders or who are very new in their leadership journey

Included in the 2- day program, you will learn:

  • The difference between leadership and management and when to use each.

  • How to provide an environment that retains and motivates people.


ELEVATING LEADERS – 4 days

This program is suited to first time managers who require practical tools that will positively impact their team. Although it is important to have very clear business strategies, you have to lead your people well in order to get those strategies implemented. Included in this four-day program, you will complete a personal leadership health check that will help you assess your current strengths and opportunities.

You will learn:

  • The key attributes of leadership and assess where you are currently at with each, and how to develop each of them.

  • The importance of self-leadership.

  • The difference between leadership and management and when to use each.

  • How to provide an environment that retains and motivates people.

  • Understanding different personality types and how to use the strengths of each team member.

  • The art of coaching and questioning.

  • How to have honest conversations that improve performance.


INSPIRING LEADERS – 6 days

Developing the art of engaging, motivating and inspiring your team is what separates managers from leaders. This program is designed for leaders who already have some experience in leading people and are wanting to further develop their key leadership attributes. This six-day program can be delivered over a longer period of time to suit the business.

You will learn:

  • The key attributes of leadership and assess where you are currently at with each, and how to develop each of them.

  • The importance of self-leadership.

  • The difference between leadership and management and when to use each.

  • How to provide an environment that retains and motivates people.

  • Understanding different personality types and how to use the strengths of each team member.

  • The art of coaching and questioning.

  • How to have honest conversations that improve performance.

  • Creating a values-based business.

  • Developing and implementing an aligned business plan.
