This high impact six-month coaching program provides the opportunity to focus on concrete issues that are getting in the way of achieving and thriving both personally and professionally.

The program includes:

  • One initial 90-minute session to establish clear outcomes for the coaching program.

  • One two-hour MBTI Profile and feedback session where you will work to articulate and understand your personality preferences.

  • Four 60-minute coaching sessions held fortnightly

  • Unlimited access to me during the program

  • One-hour strategy and review session at completion of program.

  • One follow up coaching session- three months after completion of program.

This unique six-month coaching program is designed for leaders who are looking to further develop their leadership capabilities, strategic thinking and emotional awareness. This program is suited to busy leaders to assist them in navigating constant changes and demands, who understand that they can’t always solve all their problems within the confines of the companies thinking, recognising it takes fresh eyes and new questions to create new solutions.

  • Measure both the inner and outer aspects of leadership

  • One initial 90-minute session to establish clear outcomes for the coaching program.

  • The Leadership Circle 360 assessment.

  • 90-minute Leadership Circle feedback session.

  • Six one-hour mentoring & coaching sessions in your preferred timeframe.

  • Unlimited access to me during the program.

  • One-hour strategy and review session at completion of the program.

  • One coaching session- three months after completion of the program.
