Your business may already have a clear vision and goal.  How successful you will be in achieving your goals will largely be determined by how well your people accept ownership of the goal and how engaged they are in the success of the organization.  

In this workshop, your team will be taken through a step-by-step process to develop their vision, set clear goals and create aligned strategies.

SETTING CORE VALUES

Your core values are the basis of what your organization stands for.  They provide a framework of behavioral expectations and standards for anyone who is part of the organization.  In this workshop, your team will work to develop core values and a visual representation of those core values with a manifesto for your organization.

This workshop will result in the formulation of a clear statement detailing the behaviors that you expect of yourself, your team, and that your team members expect of themselves.
